Virginia Tech and
Cairo University are working together on a plan that would allow students to complete the Master's of Information Technology degree in three years of study through Cairo University. An extension of the successful
Masters of Information Technology program at Virginia Tech, the program will feature courses that integrate content from three Colleges through the departments of Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Marketing. Courses will be delivered through the Internet, CD-ROM, and interactive videoconferencing, and Virginia Tech faculty will also teach on-site at CU.
